About The Bridge Hotel
The Bridge Hotel is a Victorian corner pub on Bridge Road in Richmond, unusual for the cobblestone laneway that cuts straight through the building. Dining rooms, bars, function spaces and a dance floor wrap around that lane, and on Saturday nights DJs keep the dance floor going late. The venue lists nine function options. Upstairs, The Studio takes 50 to 120 guests and has its own bar, a pair of private balconies, two big plasma screens and a raised stage for speeches, and The Loft, with its own fully stocked bar and balconies, caters for 60. The two join for parties of up to 200. Downstairs, the Green Room suits a cocktail party of 40 to 50 near the laneway and dance floor until 9pm, Brick Corner and the Heritage Room seat up to 62 together for banquet dining, and a private dining room by the balcony seats 12 to 20. The whole pub can also be booked exclusively. Canapé packages cost $37 per person for six pieces, $45 for eight and $56 for ten, with a minimum of 20 guests, and substantial items such as mini cheeseburgers can be added. Shared set menus are $63 for two courses and $74 for three, for groups of ten or more, and 30-piece platters start at $120. Basic drinks packages run from $48 per person for two hours and premium from $59, or you can set a bar tab, run a cash bar, upgrade to spirits or add a cocktail on arrival.
