About Parkers Pavilion

Parkers Pavilion is a bar and restaurant at 196 Como Parade West in Parkdale, facing Parkdale station. It trades from Wednesday to Sunday and runs functions both inside and out, from birthdays and milestones to work events and long-table feasts. There are two named function areas. The Bench is a long concrete table in the courtyard where up to 30 guests can sit or move around, with food served down the centre to share. The courtyard is undercover and heated, filled with plants, and has a roof and block-out blinds so rain doesn't end the party; the main bar is only a few steps away. The Front Bar is the livelier option, with indoor and outdoor access, high tables, bar stools and plenty of room to stand, plus a private bar area of its own. It suits cocktail-style events of 20 to 50 guests. A lounge with a free pool table and a large TV rounds out the venue. Food is a Pan Asian menu from Bang Bang, served as share plates, and the bar pours beer from 2 Brothers Brewery alongside local wines and a cocktail list. Groups larger than 18 are handled as functions rather than table bookings, and the team sends a function pack on enquiry. Parkdale station is directly opposite, and there is parking nearby for anyone driving.

Really good food that is share plate style. Plenty of staff on and they are all friendly. Great atmosphere. Not a big deal but the only critique is empty plates and glasses were on table for a long time.
