Hampton Hotel is a local pub at 382 Hampton Street in Hampton, in the middle of the shopping strip and close to Hampton Station. Inside it combines exposed brick, timber and greenery, with a central atrium under a retractable glass roof, a mezzanine above it, a lounge with an open fireplace and an outdoor lawn on Small Street. Functions can use one area or the whole building. The Atrium holds about 120 standing or 60 seated, with room for a dance floor and DJ and a large screen. The Mezzanine overlooks the room below for up to 60 standing or 32 diners, the curtained Wine Room seats 22 for private dining, the Lounge takes 40 with its own island bar, and the Lawn seats 40 outdoors under awnings and heaters. Exclusive hire of the whole pub suits 120 to 200 guests, and the ground-level spaces are wheelchair accessible. Food is cooked on site; outside catering is not permitted, though you can bring a celebration cake. Canapé packages are $32, $44 and $52 per person, with platters available, and the $59 set menu brings arrival bites and shared starters followed by a main each guest picks, with dessert for $12 more. The beverage package is $58 per person for three hours or $68 for four, with wine, spirits and spritz upgrades, or you can run a bar tab with your own limit. Bookings are handled by the events team, who also confirm deposits and any minimum spend.
