About Fountain Gate Hotel
The Fountain Gate Hotel is the pub at the Fountain Gate Shopping Centre on Overland Drive, Narre Warren. Besides its bistro and bars, it runs a set of modern function rooms for weddings, birthdays, engagements, christenings, Christmas parties and corporate events. The main space is the Jewel Room, which has a large dance floor and stage, a central bar, a data projector and screen, and an adjoining lounge for pre-dinner drinks. A sliding wall splits it into Jewel 1 and Jewel 2 while keeping the dance floor and bar in use. The full room takes 180 for a cocktail party, 140 seated without a dance floor or 120 with one; Jewel 1 alone takes 80 standing or 60 seated with dancing. The Sports Lounge, with its own central bar and a pool table, suits casual groups of up to 60. Party packages run for five hours and include staff, a security guard, linen, Bluetooth AV, a number of platters and a bar tab. Sit-down options are a two or three-course set menu served alternately, or a portioned buffet for 40 or more. A DJ, a digital photo booth, a tea and coffee station, cake service, chair covers and table runners can all be added.

How much is a sit-down dinner?
The set menu is $48 per person for two courses or $58 for three, with two choices per course served alternately. The buffet is $55 per adult for at least 40 guests, and there are children's set menus.
Can we book a DJ and photo booth?
Yes. A DJ for five hours is $750 and a digital photo booth is $400. The Jewel Room has a stage, dance floor, projector and screen, and Bluetooth AV is included in the packages.
