About Dandenong Pavilion
Dandenong Pavilion, which regulars call DPav, is a restaurant at 55-61 Princes Highway in Dandenong, reached from the Close Avenue service road. It has a separate bar, two function rooms, an alfresco area set in gardens, accessible facilities and plenty of on-site parking. Seated functions use a semi-private room with long tables for up to 50 guests. It is normally a shared dining space, and a room hire fee applies if you want it to yourselves, subject to availability. Stand-up functions run in the bar for a minimum of 30 and a maximum of 80 guests. The restaurant has hosted weddings, birthdays, engagements, baby showers, business meetings and wakes. Groups of 20 to 50 seated order from one of four set menus, while cocktail functions choose a finger food package at $25, $35 or $50 per head. Drinks packages are charged per person in two to five-hour blocks. Daytime cocktail functions finish by 5pm, evening ones carry a minimum spend, a $100 deposit secures the booking and food is paid a week ahead.
