About Lunar Balloons
Lunar Balloons is a family-run balloon decorating business in Taylors Hill, in Melbourne's west. Owner and head designer Marline Tawaf started making balloon centrepieces for her own children's birthdays, and the business grew from requests by friends and family into a full decorating service in 2002. The main work is custom balloon décor for function rooms, halls and homes. Arches are the specialty – full arches over an entrance or stage, organic garlands climbing round or arched backdrop frames, and classic spiral arches in two or three colours. The range also covers balloon columns for entrances and stages, floor art displays, table centrepieces, hanging ceiling pieces and rooms filled with helium balloons. Designs are made to order in any colour scheme and theme, using latex, foil, foil numbers, bubbles, confetti balloons and orbs. Private bookings include birthdays from first to sixtieth, 18ths and 21sts, christenings, communions, engagements, baby showers and weddings. For companies, Lunar Balloons decorates stages, entrances, exhibition stands, photo walls and dining tables, matched to the brand's look. Décor is delivered and installed throughout Melbourne, and smaller centrepieces can be collected from Taylors Hill. Balloon gifts in a box and personalised balloons are also available, along with an online shop for party supplies. Every arrangement is quoted individually, so call or email with your date, venue and colours to get a price.

Yes. Arches, garlands, columns and centrepieces are delivered and installed at function rooms, halls and homes throughout Melbourne. Smaller centrepieces can also be picked up from Taylors Hill.

Lunar Balloons does not publish set prices. Arches, garlands, columns and centrepieces are made to order, so each booking is quoted by phone or email based on size, balloon types and colours.
Can the balloons match my party theme?
Designs are custom-made in any colours and theme, mixing latex, foil, foil numbers, bubble, confetti balloons and orbs to suit a christening, a 21st, an engagement or a corporate brand.
How much notice does Lunar Balloons need?
Centrepieces and balloon art usually take one to three days to make depending on size and complexity. Let the team know your event date when you first get in touch.
