About Kitty's Party
Kitty's Party is a Melbourne event styling business that designs and installs decorations for weddings, engagements, baby and bridal showers, birthdays of all ages and work functions. Each set-up is built around the client's colours, theme and venue, and the team handles delivery, installation and pack-down. The process starts with a consultation covering the event type, guest count, budget and vision. For larger jobs such as weddings and milestone parties, the team visits the venue, measures up, checks access and power and draws a floorplan. A concept design follows for approval, and then the pieces are selected and installed on the day. The core work is balloon garlands and columns, arches, plinths, fabric and sequin backdrops and floral arrangements. Kids' birthdays can be themed with ready-made sets such as Barbie, Mermaid, Jungle or Avengers. For weddings, the styling reaches the head table and the florals behind it, a personalised decal on the dance floor, signage at the entrance and a seating plan for guests. Extras for hire include glow bars, plinths and cubes, neon signs, light-up numbers and letters, a photo booth with props, a candy cart and custom decals. Kitty's Party can also connect clients with partner caterers, cake makers, DJs, photographers, kids' entertainers and marquee suppliers, though those services are delivered by the partner businesses. If you would rather set things up yourself, props can be collected from the Keilor East warehouse or the Berwick location.

Frequently asked questions
What does a Kitty's Party set-up cost?
Simple set-ups start at $500. Milestone birthdays generally fall between $1,000 and $3,000, showers and engagements between $1,000 and $2,000, and weddings from $2,000 to over $5,000, including hire, delivery, set-up and pack-down.
Does Kitty's Party set up and pack down?
Yes. Styling packages include delivery to the venue, full installation before the event and pack-down afterwards, so the host does not have to move anything on the day.
What themes can Kitty's Party do for a kids' birthday?
Kids' party sets arrive with matching decor pieces, so nothing needs to be sourced separately. Popular choices include Mermaid, Jungle, Avengers, Barbie and Disney Princess, and any set can be tweaked to suit.
Can I hire Kitty's Party props without full styling?
Yes. Themed decor, arches, plinths, backdrops and balloon garlands can all be hired on their own, delivered or collected from the Keilor East warehouse or the Berwick location.
Does Kitty's Party provide catering or DJs itself?
No. It directly supplies decorations, florals, glow furniture and photo booths. For catering, cakes, DJs, photographers, entertainers and marquees it coordinates with partner businesses on your behalf.
