About Fairytale Balloons
Fairytale Balloons is a balloon styling studio in Cheltenham, in Melbourne's bayside south-east. Its main work is custom installations: organic garlands built on round or rectangular frames, ceiling balloons, balloon showers and table pieces, often combined with fresh or faux flowers, LED neon signs, gold shimmer walls, plinths, easels and light-up numbers to make a full photo backdrop. Each design is made to suit the colour palette and the venue, whether that is a private dining room, a rooftop bar, a waterfront function space in Docklands, a hotel suite set up for a proposal or a backyard. The team delivers and installs across Melbourne seven days a week, and also handles packing down. For rooms where a full garland won't fit, there are restaurant table sets with personalised number balloons. The same studio styles corporate work – store openings, sales events, product launches and office milestones – and can match balloons to brand colours. A full event planning and styling service is offered too, from concept through to set-up and pack-down, for weddings, engagements and milestone birthdays. Prices for past installs are published on the site so you can gauge a budget, and every piece can be adjusted. Personalised bouquets and DIY garland kits are sold separately for smaller occasions. Booking two to three weeks ahead is suggested for large installations, while smaller orders need around three to five days.

Does Fairytale Balloons set up and pack down?
Yes. Garlands and ceiling installations are delivered and installed at your venue, and the full event styling service covers concept design, set-up and pack-down.
How long do the balloons last?
Air-filled garlands keep their shape for several days to weeks indoors. Helium latex balloons float for roughly eight to twelve hours or more with a hi-float treatment, and foil balloons last three to five days.
Can balloons be used at an outdoor party?
They can, though heat, wind and direct sun shorten their life. The team will recommend the right balloon types and placement when you share your outdoor set-up.
Can Fairytale Balloons match our company colours?
