About Pearl Decor
Pearl Decor is a small family business in Epping that has been styling celebrations with balloons and hire props since 2019. It decorates corporate events, birthdays, engagements, weddings, christenings, baby and bridal showers, proposals, graduations, communions and Christmas parties. The balloon range runs from helium bouquets, jumbo foil numbers and themed shapes to built installations. Published options include a pearl-string arch, linking-balloon arches, personalised hoops, number and rainbow columns, a jungle garland, a flat balloon arch and a 3 m spiral arch garland, with organic and luxe garlands quoted to order. For the rest of the styling there is a hire range of gold and white ring frames, round mesh walls, mesh arch frames, an acrylic disc backdrop, curtain backdrops, sign frames, plinths, cake stands, wishing wells, easels, signs, light-up numbers and neon signs. A refundable bond applies to hired props. Items can be picked up from Epping or delivered, set up, packed down and collected for an additional fee. If you have seen a design elsewhere, send a photo with your enquiry and the team will say whether they can make it.

How much is a balloon arch from Pearl Decor?
Balloon installations start at $69.99 for the pearl-string arch. The flat balloon arch is $239.99, the rainbow garland with frame and foil curtain is $279.99 and the 3 m spiral arch garland is $299.99.
Do they deliver and set up?
Yes. Delivery, setup, pack-down and collection of hired items are offered for an extra fee, subject to availability. Setup can take a few hours for bigger designs, so allow time before guests arrive.
Can I pick up instead?
Pick-up from Epping runs between 10am and 12pm Wednesday to Saturday and 11am to 12pm on Sunday. Balloons should be collected or delivered on the day of the event.
What props can be hired?
Ring frames, round mesh walls, arch frames, an acrylic disc backdrop, curtain backdrops, sign frames, plinths, cake stands, wishing wells, easels, signs, light-up numbers and neon signs. Prices are for the item only and a refundable bond applies.
How do bookings and payments work?
Hire reservations are held once a 50% deposit is paid, with the balance and bond due seven days before pick-up or delivery. Orders made within seven days of the event need full payment, and balloon orders are made once paid in full.
