Complete Catering Co is a chef-owned catering business with its kitchen on Victoria Street in Richmond. Alongside its everyday office work, it runs a dedicated events service for celebrations, from relaxed gatherings at home to fully staffed parties at a hired venue. There are three main ways to feed a crowd. Roaming service sends canapés and small bites around the room so guests can keep talking, which suits cocktail parties, engagements and milestone birthdays. Seated dining brings courses that are finished on site and served to the table, a good fit for intimate weddings and anniversaries. Grazing tables lay out an abundant savoury spread for guests to help themselves as they arrive. Hosts who would rather run things themselves can order food packed for collection from the Richmond kitchen. Drinks can be folded into the same booking, with tailored beverage selections, a bar set-up and RSA-qualified bartenders. The team recommends the right mix of chefs and floor staff for the menu, venue and head count, and those staff are quoted separately in the event plan. Crockery, glassware and other equipment can be arranged too. The kitchen works with a collection of partner venues around Melbourne but will cater at any space you choose. Delivery runs to homes, venues and workplaces across the city, with fees depending on location and date. Dietary requirements are handled with at least 48 hours' notice, and final guest numbers are due seven business days before the event.
