About Boss Bar Hire
Boss Bar Hire is a licensed mobile bar service based in Thomastown, running drinks for weddings, birthdays, engagements, anniversaries and corporate functions across Melbourne. The team supplies the bar, the bartenders and everything needed behind it, so hosts don't spend the night filling eskies or washing glasses. The BYO package has you buy the beer, wine, bubbles, spirits and mixers while the team brings a mobile bar or caravan, RSA-qualified bartenders, glassware, ice, tubs and bar tools. The full drinks package adds the drinks themselves from a menu of wine, beer and sparkling, with anything left over yours to keep. Bar and keg packages put beer, cider or cocktails on tap, poured through keg bars the team makes by hand, and a custom package can mix any of these. The keg range runs from lagers and pale ales to ginger beer and cocktail kegs such as espresso martini, margarita and Aperol spritz. Add-ons include four and five tier champagne towers, wine barrels, market umbrellas and a tea and coffee station. The business holds a liquor licence and public liability insurance, and delivery, set-up, a run-through and pack-down are part of every booking. What does the BYO bar package from Boss Bar Hire include?
A mobile bar or caravan, RSA-qualified bartenders, glassware, ice for the event, tubs, champagne buckets and bar tools. You supply the drinks, which must be chilled before service begins.
Can Boss Bar Hire supply the drinks as well?
Yes. The full drinks package includes the bar, bartenders, glassware and ice plus drinks from their menu of wine, beer and sparkling, and anything left over afterwards is yours to keep.
Can we hire bartenders without one of their bars?
No. Bartenders are only available as part of a bar hire package, although keg hire with a dispensing system can be booked on its own for a DIY party.
Is delivery included?
Delivery, set-up and pack-down are part of the service, with a delivery fee in the quote based on location and order size. Bars arrive the day before or the morning of the event.
Are their bartenders licensed and insured?
Yes. Boss Bar Hire holds a liquor licence and public liability insurance, and its bartenders are RSA certified and wear a uniform.
