About Hunter Valley Mirror Booth
Hunter Valley Mirror Booth hires interactive mirror photo booths from a showroom in Kurri Kurri. Instead of a curtained box, guests stand in front of a full-length mirror that doubles as a touchscreen, follows them with animations and voice prompts, and counts down before a DSLR camera takes the shot. The business sits alongside The Event Master, the furniture hire company run by the same husband-and-wife team, Josh and Chloe, so a booth can be combined with hire furniture and lawn games. There are three booths to choose from. The Mirror Air and the Mirror Me, which comes in a black, white or gold ornate frame, share the same package pricing. The Mirror X has a much larger display and is pitched at corporate events and brand activations, where a logo or campaign can run on the screen as people walk up. Packages run from three to six hours and include set-up and pack-down outside the booked time, one or two attendants, premium props, a custom-designed print overlay, signature and stamp options, GIFs and text sharing. Guests get 4x6 prints or photo strips on the night, with three different images per print. Backdrops are included, with 3D flower and greenery walls available for an extra charge. The in-house designer sends the layout to approve a week or more before the event. Travel within 60 km of the base is included, which takes in most of the vineyards and venues around Pokolbin, Cessnock, Maitland and Singleton. Events further out attract a travel fee. A 25% booking fee secures the date, and the booth needs a standard power point within ten metres and an indoor or weatherproof spot.

How much does Hunter Valley Mirror Booth cost?
The Mirror Air and Mirror Me packages are $850 for three hours, $1,000 for four, $1,150 for five and $1,250 for six. The larger Mirror X starts at $950 for three hours, with final pricing depending on what the event needs.
What comes with a mirror booth package?
Set-up and pack-down outside your booked hours, one or two attendants, props, a custom print design, touchscreen animations, GIFs, text sharing and a backdrop. Travel within 60 km is included.
Which booth suits a corporate event?
The Mirror X, which has a very large display that can show your brand as guests approach. It is aimed at brand activations, advertising and corporate functions.
Can we add a flower wall or album?
Yes. 3D flower and greenery walls are $180 extra, a seating chart display starts at $220, and a keepsake photo album is $75 or included with five and six hour packages.
What do we need to provide at the venue?
A standard power point within ten metres of the booth, a weatherproof or indoor position, parking for the attendant and a crew meal for events longer than three hours.
