About Level Up Booths
Heidi and Joel run Level Up Booths, bringing three interactive guest experiences to Hunter Valley weddings, birthdays, engagements and work functions. Their service list names Cessnock, Pokolbin, Wollombi, Lovedale, Morpeth, Broke, Mount View and Maitland among the places they set up. Each experience can be hired by itself or teamed with the others. Studio lighting, a backdrop of your choosing and a box of props come with the open-air photo booth, and guests can step in as many times as they like. Every visit produces a printed strip carrying a design made for your event, and you receive a private online gallery afterwards, with a 50-page album available as an add-on. For the 360 booth, guests stand on a low platform framed by gold bollards and a red carpet while an attendant groups them, cues the music and sends the camera arm around. Finished slow-motion clips carry a custom overlay, and guests collect them from a separate sharing station via QR code, text or AirDrop. For the audio guest book, a restored ivory or black rotary phone plays your recorded greeting before guests leave a message, and every recording comes back to you as a digital album. It runs on batteries, so it can sit on a welcome table anywhere in the room. The team turns up at least an hour ahead to set up and handles pack-down at the end, and that time is not counted in your hire hours. The date is held with a $100 deposit, which is not refundable, and the balance is due a week before. Include the venue address in your enquiry so the team can confirm the details.

What does each booth cost to hire?
Two hours of the photo booth costs $550 and six hours $950, while the 360 video booth costs $700 for two hours and $1,100 for six. The rotary-phone guest book costs $250 for the whole event, and a self-service digital-only booth costs $400 and runs as long as five hours.
How does the 360 video booth work?
Up to four guests stand on the platform while an attendant starts the music and the camera arm circles them. The clip is processed in slow motion with your custom overlay, and guests collect it from a separate sharing kiosk.
What does the venue need to supply?
Power from a normal socket, the wifi login so guests can share files, and a place to park and unload close to the room. Mention any stairs or long walks from the loading area when you book.
Can the audio guest book be hired by itself?
Yes. It can be booked alone or added to a photo or 360 booking, and because the phone runs on batteries it can sit anywhere in the venue without cables. Every message is sent to you as a digital album after the event.
