About The Petal Collective
The Petal Collective is a florist and gift shop on Lawes Street in East Maitland, trading since 2015. The florist behind it brings decades in the trade to custom work, and the shop takes orders in person, by phone and through its online store. Weddings are a big part of what the shop does. It designs bridal bouquets, wedding bouquets for the party, table arrangements and buttonholes, and makes flower crowns for bridal showers. If you arrive with a clear vision, the team works to it, and if you are unsure, they will help shape the ideas into something that suits the day. Quotes for custom work are free. The gallery groups past work by occasion, covering weddings, birthdays and celebrations, baby showers and Christmas, which gives a sense of the styles on offer: natives, bright and colourful mixes, silver and white, or greenery-heavy designs. Anything not shown in the store can usually be made to order. Alongside flowers, the shop stocks gifts including chocolates, candles, diffusers, collectable bears, hampers, cake toppers and corsages. It is open from 9am to 5pm on weekdays and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays. Deliveries run on weekdays only, with a 1pm cut-off for same-day orders, so plan event deliveries for a weekday or arrange collection.
