About Yarra Valley Blooms
Yarra Valley Blooms is a floral design and styling studio in the Yarra Valley, run by owner and creative director Renee. The studio creates wedding flowers for modern couples and polished arrangements for events and corporate functions, working with many of the valley's well-known event locations. The look is contemporary and refined – delicate blooms in soft, muted colours, designed to reflect each couple and complement the venue. Renee draws on an interest in fashion and interiors, and the studio sources fresh flowers from local and overseas growers. Weddings follow a clear process. After an enquiry the team confirms availability and sends an initial quote, a 30% deposit secures the date, and about three months out Renee runs a consult in person or by video call to settle the final choices. On the day the team delivers, sets up and styles everything from the wedding party flowers to the ceremony and reception pieces. Beyond weddings, the studio styles tables and florals for luncheons and larger corporate gatherings. It also keeps a hire range of vessels and vases, plinths, candles, stone pieces and fabric drapes, so the flowers and table setting can be planned together.

How much should we budget for wedding flowers?
The bespoke wedding package has a $3,000 minimum spend. The studio suggests many couples set aside 10–15% of the wedding budget for florals, or more if flowers are a centrepiece of the day.
How far ahead should we book?
Booking about 12 months ahead is recommended, as the studio takes only a few weddings each week. Shorter timeframes may still be possible, so send an enquiry to check.
Do you hire styling pieces?
Yes. Couples can hire plinths, vessels and vases, candles, stone pieces and fabric drapes, and other items can be discussed if you have something specific in mind.
How does the booking process work?
After your enquiry you receive availability and a first quote. A 30% non-refundable deposit secures the date, changes can be made up to six weeks out, and the final payment is due four weeks before the wedding.
Do you do corporate events?
Yes. The studio designs florals and table styling for corporate functions, from intimate luncheons to larger gatherings, tailored to the space or brand.
