About Greyleigh
Greyleigh is a 200-acre property on Long Brush Road in Jerrara, in the hills behind Kiama. It started life as a dairy farm in the 1800s and has been restored as an events venue with luxury farmhouse accommodation. Every booking takes the whole estate exclusively, so a wedding, birthday, anniversary or company retreat has the grounds, event spaces and homes to itself, with views over the hills out to the ocean. The main indoor space is The Gables, the old dairy shed. Glass walls look onto an ancient fig tree, the walls are lined in recycled timber and the ceilings are high, and the two concrete silos have become cocktail lounges with a fireplace and skylights. It seats up to 200 and has a fitted bar, a dance floor, a caterer's kitchen and indoor restrooms. Outside, The Lawn sits beside a large fig tree and takes up to 250, with marquee set-ups possible. The Orchard and The Secret Garden each hold 150, and The Gazebo suits smaller groups of up to 40. The Homestead and Guest House sleep up to 18 between them. Catering stays in-house: the head chef and kitchen team build menus around estate-grown and local produce, served as a shared feast, an alternate plated dinner or cocktail style, and external caterers are not permitted. Beverage packages are arranged through a drinks partner. Corporate groups can add farm tours, woodfire pizza sessions, cocktail masterclasses, spa treatments or yoga, and the events team quotes each booking to suit the guest numbers, dates and accommodation needed.
