About The Victorian @ Clarence House
Clarence House is a family-owned function business in Belmore that has run receptions, business dinners and family parties since 1955. It runs two separate rooms: The Lemnos at 44 Albert Street for the largest events, and The Victorian at 454 Burwood Road, the mid-size room listed here. Alongside receptions, the venue regularly hosts milestone birthdays, engagement parties, christenings, Christmas parties, gala dinners, charity nights and school formals. The Victorian holds between 110 and 320 guests. It's a formal room with crystal chandeliers, ornate detailing and bronze Tiffany chairs, and it works as it stands or with your own styling. Tables can be set for a banquet dinner, a theatre-style program, networking or a mix across the night, and each event has the room to itself. Guests park for free in a dedicated lot off-site. Each package rolls several things into one price: the room to yourselves, a coordinator who stays with you from the first call to the end of the night, a menu written for your event, drinks, waiters, styling of the room, a dance floor, audio and lighting, a microphone with presentation gear, and a cake table. The kitchen is run by the owner, George Lattouf, and the team caters for a wide range of cultural menus. Prices are quoted on enquiry, and weekday, Friday and Sunday bookings cost less than Saturdays. Viewings run by appointment from Wednesday to Sunday.
