About Springfield House
Springfield House is a long-running function estate at 245 New Line Road, Dural, in Sydney's Hills District, roughly half an hour from the CBD. It sits on five acres of lawns, hedged gardens and bushland, and the venue books only one function at a time, so guests have the grounds, the reception room and the bridal suite to themselves. There are two reception spaces. The Manor, the original reception building, is a 10 by 24 metre room with boutique furniture, a deck over the gardens, an upstairs suite and a dance floor; it seats up to 150 on its own oval tables, or up to 180 with hired long tables. The Pavilion is a black marquee structure measuring 15 by 30 metres, with glass and soft side panels, double glass doors and a clear ceiling five metres high, taking a minimum of 160 and up to 280 seated guests at round or long tables. The gardens, with a sandstone staircase and lawn, are used for ceremonies and photos. Menus are cooked in-house, with sit-down, buffet and cocktail options that can be tailored, and dietary needs such as vegan, vegetarian, halal, coeliac and allergies are catered for at no extra cost when advised a month ahead. External caterers are allowed at management's discretion if gold licensed and HACCP approved. Bands are welcome if they carry public liability and plug into the house speaker system. Alongside weddings, the estate hosts milestone birthdays from 18ths to 50ths, engagements, christenings, bridal showers, school formals and corporate days, with packages quoted on enquiry.

How many guests can Springfield House hold?

Will other events be running at the same time?
No. Springfield House holds only one function at a time, so the grounds and your chosen reception space are exclusive to your group.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes. Vegan, vegetarian, halal, coeliac and allergy requirements are catered for without extra cost in most cases, as long as the venue is told at least a month before the event.
Can we have a live band?
Yes. Bands need to supply their own public liability cover and equipment, and connect to the house speaker system.
