About Main Cellar @ Beppi's
Beppi's is a family Italian restaurant on Yurong Street in Darlinghurst, run in the old-school style with white tablecloths, attentive service and no time limits on your table. It was opened by Beppi Polese, who trained in silver service in Milan, and it keeps one of the larger collections of Australian vintage wines in the city. The Main Cellar is where much of that wine lives. The room is lined floor to ceiling with bottles, has a large painted mural on one wall, and can be closed off as a private function room seating up to 24, usually at one long table. Three smaller rooms open off the cellar, each with a door: an alcove for four or five, the Magnum Room for up to eight and the Vintage Room for up to 10. Near the entrance, a larger room called Sala Intima seats up to 32. A minimum spend applies to secure the private rooms and is quoted on enquiry. Bookings of more than 10 choose from a chef's menu, with one version for 10 to 15 guests and another for 16 to 30. It is charged on consumption at the a la carte prices rather than as a fixed package, and the menu card can carry your company name or a heading you pick. Dishes include zucchini flowers, potato gnocchi, saffron tagliolini with scampi, veal saltimbocca, grilled snapper and tiramisu. A deposit secures any booking of 10 or more.

How many people does the Main Cellar seat?

A deposit is required for bookings of 10 or more. For 10 to 15 guests it becomes non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours; for more than 15 guests, within one week.

Yes. Your company name, logo or a heading you choose can be printed at the top of the menu.
