About Hamilton Potts Point
Hamilton is a restaurant and bar at 11 Roslyn Street in Potts Point, on the corner of Kellett Way. Alongside regular dinner service it runs hosted group experiences, and its event spaces are set up for private parties, from a cocktail-style gathering to a long dinner where everyone sits together. The venue spreads over two floors. The main event space holds 130 people standing or 70 at the table, and with the other rooms combined Hamilton can take groups anywhere from 30 to 250 guests. Inside you will find exposed brick, dark green feature walls, timber floors and long communal tables that can be dressed for a sit-down meal. The first floor has a bar of its own, so guests can order and pay for drinks as they go, and a balcony that looks down over the restaurant courtyard and the tree-lined street outside. Wifi and screen equipment are on hand, and the rooms can be arranged in theatre, boardroom or standing layouts if a speech or presentation is part of the plan. Menus are built around the event, from roaming canapés to shared long-table dinners, and the team works through the details with you after an enquiry. Hamilton also runs private group experiences, including Festa Italiana, that are booked for team building, hens days and birthdays; these can be scheduled any day from 11am and are charged for a minimum of 10 guests. Event enquiries go through the form on the website, and the venue trades publicly from Tuesday to Sunday.
