About Bayview Hotel

There is no room hire or minimum spend on most spaces; the Green Room takes a deposit of $300 on Fridays and Saturdays or $200 on other nights. Food comes from the pub kitchen: canapé packages from $17 per person, larger packages that add a box meal, grazing boards and a $50 seated set menu for ten or more. Drinks run as a bar tab or a package, and you can play your own playlist, decorate the room and bring a cake. The hotel does not take 18th or 21st birthday bookings.

Yes. The Green Room and Band Room each have their own music system for your playlist, and you are welcome to bring decorations and a cake. Let the functions team know about the cake on your booking form.
Do you host 18th and 21st birthdays?
No, the hotel does not take bookings for 18th or 21st birthday parties. Anyone under 18 at another function must stay within the function area with a responsible adult.
