About Photo Bar
Photo Bar is a small photo booth hire business from Kellyville in the Hills District, built around a single booth: the Mirror Glam Booth. Instead of an enclosed black box, it is an open booth with a mirror-finish frame, LED accent lighting that can be changed to suit the room, and a touchscreen set into the mirrored surface where guests start each shot. The open design fits anywhere from one to about ten adults per photo, so group shots of a bridal party or a work team are no trouble. There are three packages, and every one includes the booth, unlimited prints handed out on the spot, a private digital gallery link, delivery, set-up and pack-down, and an attendant who stays for the whole event. Classic runs for three hours with a backdrop picked from their curated range and is pitched at birthdays and gatherings of up to around 80 guests. Signature stretches to four hours and adds print templates designed with your names or logo, a wider choice of 12 backdrops, a guest book and a themed props kit. Premium runs five hours with a backdrop built to your own brief, animated overlays for social shares and a planning consultation. Extra hours can be added to any package. The team travels right around greater Sydney, from the Northern Beaches and North Shore down to the Sutherland Shire and out west, as well as the Eastern Suburbs and Inner West, with a travel charge for regional NSW. Set-up takes around 30 to 45 minutes and is finished before guests walk in. They suggest booking two to three months out, and further ahead for weddings and busy weekends, though short-notice requests are worth a message. Pricing is quoted per event.

How much does Photo Bar charge?
Prices are not published on the website. Each event gets its own quote based on the package (Classic three hours, Signature four hours or Premium five hours) and any extra hours or custom backdrops you add.
What comes with every package?

Which parts of Sydney do they cover?
They work right around greater Sydney, naming areas from the Northern Beaches and North Shore to the Sutherland Shire, western Sydney, the Inner West and the Eastern Suburbs, with delivery included. Events in regional NSW attract an extra travel charge.
How far ahead should we book the booth?
Two to three months ahead is their suggestion, and earlier again for weddings and popular weekends. If your party is close, they still ask you to get in touch in case the date is free.
How much room and time does the set-up need?
Set-up takes roughly 30 to 45 minutes and is done before your guests arrive. The booth is an open mirror design, so it needs space in front for groups of up to about ten people to pose together.
