About SpinPod 360
SpinPod 360 is a 360 video booth business run out of Hinchinbrook in Sydney’s south-west. Guests stand in the booth while a camera circles them and records a slow-motion clip, and a SpinPod operator starts each spin and keeps the queue moving. Finished videos go straight to phones by QR code, SMS, AirDrop or email, so people can post them while the party is still going. Alongside the usual platform booths they run the SpinPod ORB, an orbital rig whose camera is mounted separately from the floor. There is no raised step, it fits up to ten people at once, and it works for children and wheelchair users. Packages come in two platform finishes, BlackTop and GlassTop, each in three levels. Spin it Up is the base set-up with four photo LEDs. Light it Up adds a red carpet, LED lighting, velvet stanchions and a personalised overlay or logo. Glam it Up adds their SpinPod HUB or an LED backdrop, which forms a partly enclosed booth. Every level includes unlimited spins, a music track of your choice, direct contact with your venue, and an online gallery of the night’s videos kept for a year. Standard packages cover three hours, and extra hours can be added when you book. Delivery, set-up and pack-up are included. The booth needs a flat, dry area of about 3.5 by 3.5 metres with 3.2 metres of height, plus a power point within 10 metres, and outdoor set-ups need cover overhead and on two sides. They hold $20 million public liability cover and test and tag their gear monthly, which suits venues that ask for paperwork. Their busiest months are October to March.

Their online booking system lists the SpinPod ORB at $900 and the standard platform packages from $1,200 for BlackTop Spin it Up up to $1,900 for GlassTop Glam it Up. Extra hours booked in advance cost $200 for one, $300 for two or $450 for three.
How far ahead should I book?
SpinPod 360 suggests six to eight weeks ahead for Saturdays and the December work-party season, and about four weeks if you want custom branding or motion graphics designed. October to March is their busiest stretch.
