About Mr. Booths
Mr. Booths is a family business in Abbotsbury, in Sydney's west, started in 2020 and staffed by parents, nieces and nephews. Its main booth is a full-length mirror that stands 170cm tall with a touch screen across the glass. Guests pick up a prop, tap the mirror, pose and collect a printed strip within a minute, and as many as 12 people can squeeze into a single shot. A DSLR camera and dedicated lighting handle the photos, and every package prints unlimited double strips so one copy goes home with the guest. Pricing is set out by package. The Standard package gives up to four hours with basic props, a silver, gold or white mirror frame and a choice of 16 preset strip designs, from $650. The Deluxe Wedding package runs five to six hours for $849 and adds premium props, a custom strip design, a backdrop, a staff member, a leather photo book and a USB of every photo. The Prestige package covers six hours or more from $950 with themed props and a custom backdrop. The range also takes in a 360 video booth, a lightweight iPad tower booth, an audio guest book and a QR-code selfie station. The team drops off, sets up and collects the booth, and travel anywhere in greater Sydney costs nothing extra, with trips further afield priced case by case. The booth needs a power point, cover from the weather and a floor area of about 2.5 by 2.5 metres. A $100 deposit is due within a week of booking and the balance a week before the event, payable by card or PayPal. Custom backdrops, Instagram frames and props need at least 40 days' notice, and you can book a studio visit in Abbotsbury to see the set-up first.

What is included in the $650 Standard package?
Up to four hours with the mirror booth and DSLR camera, a basic prop set, a silver, gold or white mirror frame, booth lighting, unlimited double strip prints from the onsite printer and a choice of up to 16 preset strip designs.
How much space and power does the booth need?
Allow a floor area of at least 2.5 by 2.5 metres. The mirror booth runs on mains power and has to be under cover, so an outdoor spot needs shelter overhead.
Do they travel outside Sydney?
Anywhere within greater Sydney is covered at no additional cost. For venues further out, they will work out a price covering travel, fuel and, if needed, an overnight stay.
How do deposits and payment work?
A $100 deposit is due within a week of booking, with the rest paid a week before the event. Credit card and PayPal are accepted, and cancellations or reschedules need 48 hours' notice.
Can the booth be customised for a theme?
Yes. Backdrops, digital strip designs, Instagram frames and specific props can be tailored, but allow at least 40 days. Listed add-ons include a custom 3D floral backdrop for $400, an Instagram frame for $200 and extra hours at $500 each.
