About Halo 360 Photo Booth Hire
Halo 360 is a family business run by Pierre and Gabrielle, with a crew of six attendants who staff booths at weddings, birthdays, formals and corporate events around Sydney. The name comes from their 360 video booth, a spinning platform that records slow-motion clips with custom music, overlays and lighting, but the range has grown to cover a premium glam booth with a DSLR camera and studio flash, a full-length touch-screen mirror booth, a digital selfie booth, a classic social booth, a telephone booth and audio or video guestbooks, plus a keychain station that turns photos into keepsakes. Most packages run for four hours and include delivery, set-up, a friendly attendant and custom branding on templates and welcome screens. Guests can send their photos, GIFs and boomerangs to themselves on the spot, and the host gets an online gallery with everything captured afterwards. The glam booth adds duplicate 2x6 print strips, a backdrop and props, while the 360 booth comes with a ring light, video stabiliser and rope barriers. Extras include a red carpet, props, a photo album and an audio guestbook. For backyard birthdays there is a cheaper drop-off option: the selfie booth is delivered and set up, runs unattended until 11pm and is collected afterwards, with no hourly charge. Set-up usually takes 30 to 60 minutes depending on venue access. A 50 per cent retainer secures the date and is not refundable, and events outside the Sydney metro area may attract an extra travel charge.

What is the cheapest photo booth option?
The Deluxe Selfie Booth drop-off service starts at $599. It is delivered and set up, runs without an attendant until 11pm and has no hourly rate. Backdrops cost $100 extra, and props or a red carpet $50 each.
How much is the 360 video booth?
Packages start from $799 and include unlimited slow-motion 360 videos, an instant sharing station, up to two songs of your choice, custom overlays, LED and ring lighting, a stabiliser, stanchions and an attendant.
How long is a standard hire and how long does set-up take?
A standard booking covers four hours, which most birthday parties find about right. Set-up generally takes 30 to 60 minutes, depending on loading access at the venue.
How do guests get their photos?
They can send photos, GIFs and videos to themselves during the event using a QR code, text message, AirDrop or email, and once the party is over you receive an online gallery holding everything the booth captured.
What deposit is needed and can I cancel?
A non-refundable retainer of 50 per cent of the total locks in the booking. If you cancel less than fourteen days before the event, the remaining balance is also payable.
