About Exclusive Booths
Exclusive Booths is a Sydney photo booth company running a spread of booth styles rather than one machine. The range covers a gold-framed mirror booth, a pod booth, a glam booth, a bespoke booth, a 360 spin video booth, a roaming booth and a vintage telephone video guest book. Every package is staffed for the full hire, so there is someone on hand to load props, keep the queue moving and hand out the prints. Packages are sold by the hour. Simple Selfies is $749 for three hours, Picture Perfect is $849 for four hours and adds a standard backdrop, and the Ultimate Package is $949 for five hours with a printed backdrop. All three include unlimited shots with instant prints, DSLR-quality digital images, a personalised photo strip template, party props and an attendant. The 360 spin booth starts at $850 for three hours and comes with high definition video, green screen backgrounds, a personalised video template, QR code and SMS sharing and instant online downloads. An audio guest book is $250, and light up letters can be added on request. Backdrops are part of the booking rather than a separate quote: sequin panels in gold, rose gold, pink, red and black, white drapes, printed 8ft by 8ft designs and 3D flower walls. The video guest book comes with a custom recorded greeting, unlimited recordings, professional setup and collection, and a digital gallery of every message afterwards; it records locally, so patchy venue wi-fi is not a problem. Bookings are held with a 50 per cent retainer, dates can be moved with 30 days notice to any date within 12 months, and travel beyond 50km of the Sydney CBD adds $100.

What comes with a photo booth package?
Every package includes unlimited shots with instant prints, DSLR-quality digital images, a personalised photo strip template, a box of party props and a friendly attendant for the whole hire. Picture Perfect adds a standard backdrop and the Ultimate Package adds a printed backdrop. Backdrop choices include sequin panels, white drapes, printed designs and 3D flower walls.
How much does Exclusive Booths cost?
Simple Selfies is $749 for three hours, Picture Perfect is $849 for four hours and the Ultimate Package is $949 for five hours. The 360 spin booth starts at $850 for three hours. An audio guest book is $250. A travel fee of $100 applies outside the Sydney metropolitan area.
How far ahead should I book, and what deposit is needed?
A booking is held with a retainer of 50 per cent of the total fee, which is non-refundable. If you need to move the date, giving at least 30 days notice keeps your original price provided the new date falls within 12 months of the original. Cancelling within 14 days of the event forfeits the full fee.
Which areas of Sydney do you cover?
Exclusive Booths services Sydney wide. Venues within 50km of the Sydney Central Business District carry no travel charge; beyond that a $100 travel fee applies, and longer trips or overnight stays may attract an additional fee. Travel fees are not refunded if a booking is cancelled.
What is the video guest book and how does it work?
It is a vintage-style telephone handset your guests pick up to record a video message. You record a custom greeting beforehand, guests hear it and leave their message, and every recording is saved and sent to you as a digital gallery after the event. Setup and collection are handled by the team, and the unit records locally rather than relying on venue internet.
