About Campbelltown Party Hire
Campbelltown Party Hire is the Google name for Ab Fab Events, a styling and party hire business working out of a warehouse unit on McPherson Road in Smeaton Grange. The team brings more than 25 years of experience in event styling and covers two sides of the job: full styling, where they design and set up the room on the day, and straight hire of the pieces for you to collect or have delivered. Their gallery includes weddings in barn and garden venues, a Gatsby-themed corporate dinner at Ottimo House, a Camden Council function, a baptism and a Pokémon and baseball display for a boy's ninth birthday. The styling range is broad. There are bridal table and guest table centrepieces, candelabra, ceremony arches and aisle pieces, bridal flowers in fresh or artificial blooms, welcome and seating signs, and backdrops ranging from modern panels and fairylight drapes to themed prints and corflute cut-outs. Lounge furniture, ceiling pieces, chair covers and sashes, and linen in round cloths, trestle cloths, overlays, runners and napkins round it out. The party hire side covers chairs, 1.8m and 2.4m trestle tables, round tables, catering equipment, tableware, lighting, audio visual gear and folding marquees from 3m x 3m up to a 6m x 6m pagoda. Hire is usually priced for one day, though weekend bookings are typically collected on Friday between 8am and 4pm and returned on Monday in the same window. Delivery runs to Campbelltown, Camden and the Southern Highlands, starting at $70 each way within Macarthur and Camden. Party hire gear normally arrives a day or two before the event, while styled set-ups are installed on the day.

Frequently asked questions
Where do they deliver, and what does it cost?
They deliver to Campbelltown, Camden and the Southern Highlands. Delivery and pick-up within Macarthur and Camden starts from $70 each way, depending on the day and time; other areas are quoted on request.
Can I collect the hire items myself?
Yes. Collection is from the Smeaton Grange warehouse, usually on Friday between 8am and 4pm with return on Monday in the same hours. The exact address is sent once the booking is confirmed.
What marquees can I hire?
Folding marquees in 3m x 3m, 3m x 6m, 4m x 4m and 4m x 6m, plus a 6m x 6m pagoda. Folding marquees can be linked with gutters to cover odd shapes, go on soft or hard ground, and walls and floors cost extra.
Do I have to wash the linen before returning it?
No. Laundering is part of the hire fee. Just avoid storing used linen in plastic bags, which can cause mould. Round cloths are 3m and trestle cloths are 3m x 1.5m.
How far ahead should I book, and what if something breaks?
Book as early as you can, as some items are reserved months ahead. Anything broken, damaged or lost is charged at full replacement cost.
