Clear cylinder vases are $4.50 to $5.50, stone candlestick holders are $11 to $13, clear acrylic plinths are $55 to $85, black acrylic plinths are $55 to $75, white textured plinths are $75 to $95 and mirror acrylic plinths are $50 to $120. Ceramics include the fountain urn and white ring urn at $60 each and the extra tall tummy urn at $90. The mirrored tiered table is $410 with one 80cm tier, and extra tiers cost $25 to $60. The minimum order is $200, and delivery is quoted separately on orders over $400. A bond is also taken, sized to the number of items hired.

Equipment & Service Details

Hire items are styling props rather than furniture packages: plinths, risers, vases, urns, bowls, candle holders and tableware, plus a mirrored tiered table that is only available with delivery. The standard hire period is four days. Dry hire collection is from the Smithfield studio, and delivery with optional set-up can be quoted on larger orders. A bond is held until everything comes back in the same condition, and lost or damaged items are charged at replacement cost. Items should be returned clean. Vessels returned with candle wax attract a cleaning fee of $60 for under 40 units, $100 for 40 to 100 units and $150 for more than 100.

Do they deliver, and where?

Delivery is available on orders over $400 and covers all of Sydney, but not beyond it. The fee is quoted on distance, the size and weight of the order, access at the venue, the location and whether collection is after hours.

Can I collect the props myself?

Yes. Dry hire means you pick up from the Smithfield studio and bring everything back yourself. Items are wrapped for the trip, and it is worth checking with them first that your car is big enough.

How long is the hire period?

A standard hire runs for four days. If you keep items longer without an agreed extension, a late fee of 10% of the hire cost applies for each extra day.

How do I book and pay?

Add items to the online quote cart and submit it, and you will get a formal quote within 24 to 48 hours. A 50% non-refundable deposit locks in the props, the balance is due two weeks before the hire, and changes can be made up to two weeks out if stock allows.
