Birthday Party Venues in Mona Vale

Choosing the Right Birthday Party Venue

Two of Mona Vale's birthday venues share one address. Mona Vale Surf Life Saving Club at 1 Surfview Road has its function rooms upstairs, over the beach and the ocean pool, while The Basin Dining Room sits on the dunes at the same spot.

A short drive inland, Pittwater RSL on Mona Vale Road has ten function spaces and an events team that plans anything from a table of twelve to a few hundred guests.

Birthday ideas across Mona Vale:

A 30th or 40th with a balcony: the surf club's Ocean Pool Room holds 200 for cocktails, with glass doors onto a covered balcony
A family lunch for 10 to 20: a group table at The Basin Dining Room, with set menus from $82 per person
A big party with a dance floor: the Rock Lilly auditorium at Pittwater RSL takes 500 for cocktails
A big casual crowd: the RSL's Sip & Pickle precinct and five pickleball courts suit big casual parties
Drinks by the fire: The Distillery at the RSL, a semi-private lounge for 150 standing

Worth knowing before you book: the surf club only takes birthday bookings for people 25 and over, and its balcony doors close at 10pm.

Hire of the surf club rooms includes a sound system, two cordless microphones and a screen for the birthday slideshow
The Basin Dining Room can be taken exclusively for up to 76 seated, dressed in timber and rattan
