About DJ Kosta
DJ Kosta is Kostas Sifniotis, a Greek DJ and singer based in Marrickville. He began DJing at 14 on a community radio station in Bankstown, moved into mobile DJ work, and then spent ten years with a Greek DJ company before it was sold. Alongside that he sang Greek music professionally with local and international artists, and today he combines both skills in one show. His events are built around the crowd in the room. Kostas plays Greek music alongside English, Italian, Macedonian, Arabic and other styles, and can switch from DJ sets to a live Greek singing floorshow. That makes him a natural fit for Greek weddings and engagement parties, christenings, and milestone birthdays from 18ths and 21sts to 40ths and 50ths, where several generations share the dance floor. For corporate clients he offers open-format DJ and MC sets and live music packages for galas and functions, with a focus on punctuality and presentation. Extras include wedding sound and lighting packages and a photo booth with unlimited prints, digital props and an on-site operator. He can also arrange a band, bouzouki player or sax player. Kostas works across Sydney and travels to Wollongong, Newcastle, Canberra and beyond. Pricing is quoted per event.
