About Achieve Pole Studio
Achieve Pole Studio is a pole, aerial and fitness studio on Dunning Avenue in Rosebery, with a sister barre and pilates brand under the same roof. Its timetable covers pole, chair, burlesque, aerial hammock, aerial yoga, stretch and strength classes, and its instructors are used to teaching complete beginners of every shape, size and fitness level. The studio's function packages turn that range into a private party. On the standard 90-minute package, the group chooses a class style, whether pole dancing, chair, burlesque, lap dancing or aerial yoga, and an experienced instructor teaches it before helping everyone put together a mini routine to perform at the end. The Sparkle and Spin package adds a glass of bubbly on arrival, a handful of spins, transitions and floorwork, a photo session and a show from the instructor, while Sparkle and Slap brings the same format with a cheekier lap and floor dance on a chair. For a softer option, Sip and Fly is a playful aerial yoga flow of gentle stretches and poses, followed by bubbles. Everything runs in the privacy of the studio, which suits hens parties, girls nights, team building and corporate functions. The standard package covers up to ten people for a set price, with each additional guest charged individually, and Sip and Fly is priced per person for groups of seven to twelve. Past hens groups describe mixed fitness levels and no pole experience, so nobody needs to have tried it before. Enquiries and bookings are handled through the studio.

Did an intro class with my friends to try something new. It was a great workout - no upper body strength required! Andrea was very fun and encouraging.
