About Birthday Fairy

Birthday Fairy is a children's party entertainment business on Sydney's Northern Beaches, owned by Simone since 2016. It sends costumed hosts to parties on the Beaches, the North Shore, the Eastern Suburbs and the Inner West, with a long list of themes that includes fairies, unicorns, mermaids, princesses, Frozen, Barbie, Bluey, Paw Patrol, superheroes, dinosaurs, pirates, Minecraft, Pokemon, K-Pop and Taylor Swift. The entertainment-only package comes in one, one-and-a-half and two-hour lengths. Using the fairy party as an example, the first hour covers dancing, interactive games, pass the parcel where every child wins a lucky-dip prize, parachute games, bubble catching, face glitter and photos, and customised invitations are included. The longer options add more games and face painting, and the two-hour party adds balloon twisting if time allows and looks after cutting and serving the cake. A single host can look after as many as 15 children, and a second can be booked. Slime, pamper and disco parties are also on offer, along with craft parties where guests decorate caps, sunglasses, diaries or bag charms or build a soft toy. For families who want the whole party handled, deluxe packages run for two hours with an hour and a half of entertainment, themed decorations and children's food served as grazing, picnic or high tea, plus setup and pack-down. Cakes, gift bags, balloons, catering and per-child activities such as wand decorating or dino digs can be added. All entertainers hold Working With Children Checks, and the business carries public liability insurance, which many halls ask for.
