A Touch of Glitz and Glam was started in 2011 by three sisters and runs mobile pamper parties for girls across Sydney. Everything happens at your place: the team arrives, turns a room into a small beauty salon with spa robes, towels, stools and headbands for each guest, and runs the treatments from there. Packages are split by age, with parties built for three to ten year olds and a separate set for teenagers from eleven to sixteen. The deluxe Glam party runs about two hours and covers four treatments, with a pedicure over a rose petal foot soak, a manicure, a mini facial with cucumber eye masks and a makeup application at a Hollywood-lit workstation. The Glitz party is the shorter version at about 1.5 hours with your choice of two treatments, and the Glow party centres on a mini facial and a glitter makeup makeover with a take-home kit and a light-up flower crown. Boutique mini packages suit four to six guests, and the teen options are either an in-home salon experience or a two-and-a-half hour makeup workshop where guests work in pairs and take home a certificate and a product. Every deluxe party includes pink lemonade and popcorn, a glitter cheek highlight, a party game with prizes for each guest, a gift for the birthday girl and a personalised invitation emailed to you. The team brings everything and caters for groups from four children up to thirty or more. Every service is hosted on location and the team travels to most Sydney suburbs, including Parramatta, the Hills District, the Inner West, the Sutherland Shire, the Eastern Suburbs and the Northern Beaches, with a travel surcharge on some areas. They bring everything with them, apart from the teen makeup workshop where you supply the seating.
