About Mr B Pizza
Mr B Pizza is a mobile woodfire pizzeria run by Biagio, who comes from Bacoli, a small town outside Naples, and set out to bring Neapolitan-style pizza to Sydney. From a base in Baulkham Hills he tows a trailer oven to events across the city, and the dough is stretched and tossed by hand in full view of the guests. Two packages cover most parties. Classico includes margherita, vegetarian, meat lovers, supreme, Hawaiian, garlic and cheese and a Nutella and strawberry pizza. Gourmet includes all of those plus napoletana with anchovies, capricciosa, BBQ chicken, diavola and a crudo of prosciutto, rocket and parmesan. Pizzas keep coming for between one and a half and three hours depending on guest numbers, and a professional pizza chef is part of the hire. Nutella twists of fried dough can be added for dessert. The oven needs only a small footprint, which makes it easy to fit into a backyard, driveway or courtyard. Gluten-free bases are available for an extra charge, and children aged 4 to 10 are priced separately. It suits birthdays, engagement parties and corporate events, and when there are no private bookings you may find the trailer at local markets.

What is included when you hire Mr B Pizza?
A professional pizza chef and continuous pizza from your chosen menu for 1.5 to 3 hours, depending on guest numbers. A waitress for table service costs extra.
How much are the pizza packages?
Classico is $25 a guest for 40 to 80 guests and $23 above 80. Gourmet is $28 and $26 on the same tiers. Children aged 4 to 10 are $10 each.
What if we have fewer than 40 adults?
Smaller parties can still book, but a minimum spend applies when the guest list is under 40 adults, not counting children.
Is gluten-free pizza available?
Yes. Gluten-free pizza can be added for an extra charge per guest, and the menus include several vegetarian pizzas such as margherita and garlic and cheese.
How much space does the oven need?
Very little. The mobile oven is designed to set up in a small area, so a backyard, driveway or courtyard usually works.
