About Li'l Camino
Li'l Camino is a Drummoyne catering kitchen run by a chef with a long background in Sydney hospitality. It builds each event menu around local, sustainable produce and draws on Spanish, Mexican and Chilean street food as well as modern Australian dishes. The team caters birthdays, kids' parties, dinner parties, office functions and larger celebrations, and can bring a chef and barista to the venue or drop food off ready to serve. For something interactive, the chef-run food bars are the main draw. There is a paella bar with Valencian, seafood, mixed and vegan pans; a taco bar with slow-cooked birria, jackfruit and mushroom, or spiced fish; and a slider bar where guests pick fillings such as smashed beef, pulled pork, lamb shoulder or a meat-free patty. Food bars suit groups of 50 or more. Roaming canapés, substantial bites and sweet trays start at 25 guests, as do shared table feasts built around slow-cooked lamb, pork belly, roast duck or whole baked fish with a long list of sides. Grazing tables work for breakfast, lunch or a party spread, with vegan versions available, and workplaces can order morning teas, working lunches and brunch boxes delivered in eco-friendly packaging. A coffee cart with a trained barista can be added to any event. Many dishes are marked vegan or gluten-free, and the kitchen will adapt menus to other dietary needs. Celebration cakes, cupcakes and cookies can be made to order for birthdays.

What is the minimum number of guests?
It depends on the menu: 15 for working lunches, 20 for morning and afternoon teas, 25 for canapés and table feasts, 40 for grazing tables and 50 for chef-run food bars.
Can Li'l Camino cook at our venue?
Yes. The paella, taco and slider bars are cooked and served by a chef at your event, and the kitchen can also cater a dinner party at your home or chosen venue.

Delivery within metropolitan Sydney is $25. Deliveries further out are quoted on request, and food bars and dinner parties include a chef on site.
