About Natalie Claire Entertainment
Natalie Claire Entertainment is run by singer and musical director Natalie Claire, who trained in voice at UNSW and has more than 15 years of professional performing behind her. From her Sutherland Shire base she works with a regular network of Sydney singers and musicians, and clients deal with her directly from the first enquiry through to the day. She arranges the equipment and liaises with the venue so the music runs to plan. For weddings, Natalie and her guitarist perform as an acoustic duo, a popular choice for garden and outdoor ceremonies where couples want modern love songs and acoustic tunes. They bring a sound system that can run without a power point, so vows and music carry clearly without overwhelming the space. For church weddings she sings with organ, piano, strings or other instruments, and she can guide couples through when music usually falls: guest arrival, the processional, the signing of the register and the recessional, plus hymns or a psalm in a Catholic service. Her repertoire runs from contemporary ballads to traditional sacred pieces, and she will learn requests. Beyond ceremonies, the Natalie Claire Jazz Band plays jazz standards and gives modern hits a jazz treatment for receptions and parties. NCE Choir, a professional vocal group, covers classical, jazz, gospel and pop arrangements for events, carols and Christmas functions, and a brass marching band of Sydney musicians brings festive songs to Christmas gatherings. Through her network she can also source string ensembles, pianists, guitarists and other acts. Email or call Natalie to check availability for your date.

Frequently asked questions
Does Natalie Claire Entertainment offer a guitarist for wedding ceremonies?
Yes. Natalie performs with her guitarist as an acoustic vocal and guitar duo, most often for garden and outdoor ceremonies, playing requested love songs and acoustic tunes.
Can the duo perform outdoors where there is no power?
They bring their own sound system, and couples have booked them for outdoor ceremonies with no power points available, such as at the Botanic Gardens. The sound is clear without being too loud for the setting.
What other acts does Natalie Claire Entertainment provide?
Besides the guitar duo there is the Natalie Claire Jazz Band, the NCE Choir, a brass marching band for Christmas events, and church musicians such as organists, pianists and string players.
Which parts of a wedding ceremony usually have music?
Music typically starts about 20 minutes before the bride arrives, then covers the processional, two songs during the signing of the register and a recessional. Church and Catholic services can add hymns, a psalm or communion music.
How much does Natalie Claire Entertainment charge?
Prices are not published on the website. Email or phone Natalie with your date, venue and the musicians you would like, and she will put together a quote.
