About Witchmount Estate
Witchmount Estate is a vineyard function venue on Leakes Road in Bonnie Brook, with its own restaurant and an in-house events team. The grounds take in vines, waterways and bluestone buildings. There are two main event rooms. The Barrel Room has polished concrete floors and a wall of wine barrels as its backdrop, and it holds up to 380 guests standing or around 300 seated for large events. The Harvest Room is the smaller, more intimate option, with vineyard views, festoon-lit courtyards, white walls and a light timber ceiling. It takes up to 120 guests standing or about 85 to 90 seated. Both rooms are heated and air conditioned. Outdoors, you can use courtyards, a gazebo, the lake edge and the vines for ceremonies, drinks and photos, and the open grounds suit product launches and activity days. The estate caters for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings and Christmas parties as well as corporate days. Catering runs from light morning tea to canapés and sit-down dinners, and a post-event cocktail session with a classic drinks package is available. How many guests can the event rooms hold?
The Barrel Room takes up to 380 guests standing and up to 300 seated for large events, with a wedding layout listed at 290 seated. The Harvest Room takes up to 120 standing or about 85 to 90 seated.
Can I use the grounds as well as the rooms?
Yes. The estate has courtyards lit with festoon lighting, a gazebo, a lake and rows of vines, which are used for ceremonies, pre-dinner drinks and photos. The open outdoor areas also suit launches, training days and activity days.
What AV is available for presentations?
The event rooms have a built-in projector and screen, a lectern and WIFI, so guests only need to bring their own laptops or devices. Extra AV options can be arranged.
What catering is offered?
Menus cover everything from a light morning tea to catering across a whole day, with hot drinks and snacks on hand. Sit-down dinners, canapés and post-event cocktail functions are also available. A classic beverage package can be added to a post-event cocktail session.
Is there somewhere for guests to stay?
The events team works with local accommodation partners and can offer discounted rates for guests attending an event. Ask the team about the options when you enquire.
