About The Graham Hotel
The Graham Hotel is a pub and dining room at 97 Graham Street, Port Melbourne. The building began as a 10-room hotel around 1870 and has been a sports pub and a Chinese restaurant along the way; today it serves modern Australian dishes and pub classics with a wine list drawn from near and far, in rooms finished with timber, greenery and touches of Australiana. Three private rooms are available, and the team can also arrange the whole venue. The Upstairs Terrace Room has its own bar and seats between 12 and 45 guests, or holds up to 70 for a stand-up cocktail function. The Sandridge Room sits downstairs off the main bar and takes up to 20, and the Cellar Room fits around 12 for board meetings, wine tastings or a small private dinner. Each room has audio visual facilities. Function menus are three courses. The first option, at $80 per person, starts with shared charcuterie, burrata and calamari, then a choice of mains such as porterhouse, lamb rump, market fish, gnocchi or a vegan curry with salad and frites, and finishes with shared cheese plates; choosing three desserts instead makes it $85. The second option, at $110, adds oysters and a seafood share platter with eye fillet among the mains. Minimum spends apply – $1,000 for the Cellar Room, $1,500 for the Sandridge Room, $3,000 for the terrace room and bar and $4,000 for stand-up canapé functions – and all of it goes on food and drinks.
