About Bridge Hotel Werribee

The Bridge Hotel has been pouring drinks on Watton Street in Werribee since 1923, and it runs a full pub trade alongside its functions. There is no charge for room hire; instead each area carries a minimum spend that changes between peak and off-peak times, and the functions manager confirms the figure for your date. The pub welcomes everything from birthdays and engagement parties to work dinners. There are three areas to choose from. The Function Room is fully private, with its own entrance, a fireplace and a bar with four taps, and holds 45 seated or 60 standing. Music is up to you – bring a band or DJ, or plug a phone into the room's separate sound system; a microphone is on hand and the room is wheelchair accessible. The Cork Room is semi-private, with bifold windows on three sides, timber bar tables and stools, and takes 32 seated or 80 standing. The Laneway is an outdoor space with cushioned booths, timber tables and garden boxes, its own gate and room for 24 seated or 40 standing, and it can be paired with the Cork Room. Food comes from the pub's kitchen. Canapé packages for 20 or more guests start at $28 per person for four choices, rising to $38 and $48. Platters, grazing tables and a function dining menu of two or three courses at $65 or $75 per head are also available. Drinks run on consumption, with particular beers or wines arranged ahead, and you can bring your own cake.
