About Brewmanity

Brewmanity is an independent brewery on Tope Street in South Melbourne, spread over three levels: a ground-floor beer hall built around the brewing tanks and two rooftop bars above it with views of the city skyline. Everything on tap is brewed in-house, and the bar also stocks wine, spirits, cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks. There are six ways to book it. The Beer Hall puts guests among the stainless-steel fermenters with a private bar, bathrooms and full AV, for 60 to 80 standing. Next Level, the main rooftop, takes up to 300 standing or 100 to 120 seated, has full accessibility and is fully covered by a retractable roof and clear side blinds; it can be hired whole or in sections such as The Heff (60 standing) and Howdy Cloudy Corner (100 standing, with its own bar access). Level Up, the top rooftop, has open views in every direction, a shipping-container bar, its own bathroom and entrance, and holds 80 to 100 standing or 60 seated. A private dining room seats 20 to 30 and can be joined to The Heff. Function food comes as canapé packages of six, eight or ten pieces at $36, $45 and $55 per person, 25-piece platters, a two-course set menu at $60 for up to 20 guests, or a shared feasting menu at $85 for two courses and $95 for three. Beverage packages run two to four hours, from $50 per person on the Core Range up to the Opulence package with cocktails and premium wines, and spirits can be added for $30 per person. A bar tab on consumption works too. Each space carries a minimum spend that can be made up of food and drink.
