About TD Events
TD Events is a Melbourne events business run by photographers and event managers. Alongside its photo booths, the team offers roaming event photography for private celebrations, corporate functions and brand activations, aiming to cover each event from several angles: decor and details, posed groups and the unscripted moments in between. Wherever possible the photographer works quietly in the background so guests can relax and behave naturally. Private shoots include birthdays, engagement parties, hens and bucks celebrations, bridal and baby showers. On the corporate side the team works at conferences, recognition nights, staff retreats, networking events, gala dinners and end-of-year parties, and also covers concerts, product launches and exhibitions. Coverage is quoted by the hour from $175, with a one-hour minimum. Editing and image refinement are included, and rather than capping the number of photos, TD Events sends every usable frame, which averages more than 75 images for each hour of coverage. Photos arrive in a personalised online gallery, in high-resolution and web sizes, free of watermarks and copyright restrictions, generally within a week outside peak periods. Optional extras include a sharing station where guests can view and send their photos during the event, express delivery within 24 hours of the shoot, and a USB copy of the gallery posted to you. How many photos will we receive?
There is no fixed limit. TD Events sends every acceptable image from the event, which works out at more than 75 edited photos per hour of coverage on average.
How quickly are the photos delivered?
Edited images usually arrive within seven days outside peak periods, through a personalised online gallery. Express delivery within 24 hours is available for an extra $150, subject to availability.
Can guests see photos during the event?
Yes. The instant guest sharing add-on, $250, sets up a kiosk where guests can view and share the professional photos while the event is still running.
