About Ghost Booth Events
Ghost Booth Events is a family-run Melbourne studio offering photo booths, signage, guestbooks and decor for weddings, milestone birthdays and corporate functions. Founder Gina Balic began as a graphic and stationery designer, and her sister Alissa runs operations, so the print design side gets as much care as the booth. Every booth uses a DSLR camera, studio lighting and a dye-sub printer rather than a tablet. Packages include setup and pack-down, unlimited sessions, unlimited prints with face detection so each person in the shot gets a copy, a choice of backdrop, animated GIFs, text and email sharing and an online gallery within 24 hours. You can choose an attended booth, where a trained team member runs the queue and helps with poses, or remote hire, monitored every 20 to 30 minutes, for smaller parties. Open-air setups suit big groups, and a curtained booth gives guests privacy for sillier shots. The design studio produces welcome signs, seating charts, table numbers, bar signs and menus in acrylic, mirror or linen, matched to your invitations. Decor hire covers table numbers, small acrylic signs and locking wishing wells, delivered free with a booth booking. What is included in Ghost Booth Events photo booth hire?
Setup and pack-down, no limit on sessions or prints, your pick of backdrop, a print design made for you, animated GIFs with text and email sharing, and an online gallery within 24 hours. A DSLR, studio lights and a dye-sub printer are used.
Should we choose attended or remote hire?
Attended hire has a trained team member on site for the whole booking, managing the queue and helping with poses. Remote hire is checked every 20 to 30 minutes and suits smaller weddings and birthdays.
How much does a photo booth cost?
Photo booth packages start from $850 plus GST for weddings and private events, which is about $935 including GST. The final price depends on hours, date and add-ons, and corporate events are quoted to the brief.
Can the signage and decor match our invitations?
Yes. The studio designs welcome signs, seating charts, table numbers and wishing wells as one suite, matching fonts and colours to your invitations or moodboard, and sends a proof before production.
Can the booth be branded for a work event?
Yes. Logos can go on the booth, the print strip and every shared GIF, and larger corporate packages add printed backdrops, lead capture on screen and a post-event analytics report.
