About Evviva Events
Evviva Events is a Melbourne event management and styling company started by Dani McEwin, who came to it from a career planning corporate events and managing projects and suppliers. Dani personally oversees each event, and the business brings planning and styling together, so the team that books your suppliers also designs how the room looks. Private clients use Evviva for milestone birthdays, engagements, christenings, dinner parties, children's parties and anniversary celebrations. For weddings, couples can choose full planning, styling and theming, help with the reception only, or on-the-day coordination, where the team sets up the venue, manages deliveries and suppliers, looks after the bridal party and keeps the run sheet moving. On the corporate side, Evviva plans gala dinners and presentation nights, conferences and seminars, product launches, charity fundraisers, pop-up brand activations and office parties. Styling packages can include signage and stationery, event branding, florals, stage décor, AV, table settings, themed entertainment, photo walls and styled food displays, along with custom installations built for the theme. Every project follows the same path: a first consultation about goals, budget and atmosphere; detailed planning covering venue, vendors and design; an event manager and coordinators on site on the day; and wrap-up afterwards, including final supplier payments and returns. Evviva charges a flat fee, works with clients' own vendors as well as its regular suppliers, and offers a free proposal.

Can I use my own suppliers with Evviva Events?
Yes. Evviva has regular vendor partners it likes to work with, but if you already have a florist, caterer or band in mind, the team will coordinate them as part of the plan.
Does Evviva Events offer on-the-day wedding coordination?
Yes. The team can set up the venue, organise deliveries and suppliers, look after the bridal party and guests, and keep the entertainment and run sheet on schedule, or take on full planning and styling.
How far ahead should I book Evviva Events?
For gatherings under about 30 guests, four to six weeks is usually enough. Larger events and busy dates need three to six months, though the team says it has turned parties around in two weeks.
