About Zesty Events
Zesty Events is a boutique Melbourne event agency founded by creative events director Damien Boecasse, whose background spans luxury PR, fashion, interior design and brand strategy. The agency produces corporate events, conferences, gala dinners and presentation nights, fundraising and donor dinners, product launches and brand activations. The team takes on the whole event: creative direction, production, styling, supplier management, venue coordination and logistics on the day. Clients deal with one point of contact, and Damien stays involved from the first conversation through to bump-out rather than handing the job to a junior account manager. For each brief, Zesty assembles a specialist crew of creatives, producers, stylists and event staff chosen for that project. Gala and presentation-night work includes theming and room design, catering and beverage management, entertainment, lighting, sound and screens, and ceremony production down to trophies, autocue and presenter briefings. Conference clients get program structure, venue sourcing, floor plans and technical production designed so sessions keep their energy. Corporate celebrations range from intimate executive dinners to all-staff end-of-year parties for hundreds. The approach centres on the guest experience: how people arrive, how the room flows and how they feel as they leave. Some clients hand over a brief and let the team run with it; others prefer to collaborate at every stage, and the service is shaped to suit either way of working.
