About VEE Agency
VEE Agency is an experiential marketing and event agency based in South Melbourne, led by founder and director Regina Lysaught, who has more than 20 years in marketing, advertising and events. The team works with brands, corporates, councils and event owners on conferences, corporate dinners, product launches, festivals, sampling programs and community events. The agency takes a project from the first concept through to delivery. That covers brand alignment, project planning, stakeholder engagement, budgeting, on-site management and a report after the event. For brand activations the team handles the strategy, design and install, whether the brief is a pop-up shop, a product demonstration or a public stunt. VEE also looks after the administrative side that often slows an event down. The team prepares liquor licence and event permit applications, development applications and grant applications, and can take over sponsorship work – writing proposals, finding leads and negotiating partner contracts. For organisations with sustainability targets, each event's carbon emissions can be tracked and reported, with an option to offset them. The agency also runs its own streaming platform, BetterCast, for hybrid and virtual programs, and hires out event items such as media wall frames.
