Theming, entertainment, MCs and speakers are part of the service, along with team-building sessions and transport where a program calls for them. For conferences the team also manages delegate registration, audiovisual production, partner programs and on-site staff. One point of difference is the in-house graphic design. A dedicated designer produces the event branding, invitations, event websites and printed collateral, so the look of the night stays consistent from the first email to the stage backdrop. Past work includes a themed end-of-year cocktail party for 300 staff, where the brief was simply to get people dancing and a large choreographed dance troupe filled the floor. Planning starts with a brief to understand who is attending and what the event must achieve.
