About Jackson Broadway
Jackson Broadway is a live covers act based in Newcastle, booked mainly for weddings in the Hunter Valley and for private and corporate functions around the region. The core line-up is a duo, Justin and Tim, and you can step up to a trio by adding their backing band for a fuller sound. The set list leans on pop and rock, mixing older classics with more recent hits, and runs from gentle dinner music through to a dance-floor finish. Everything needed to run the night comes with them. The band brings its own sound system, lighting and audio-visual patching, so there is no separate PA to organise with the venue. Song requests are part of the deal, the formalities are covered, and if a track that matters to you is missing from their list, they will learn it for the day. For ceremonies and canapés away from the main room, a battery-powered speaker keeps the music portable. Pricing is published, which makes budgeting simple. The reception package covers five hours, and two larger packages add an hour of canapé music, the ceremony, or both. Corporate events have their own duo rate, and any booking can be upgraded to the trio. Travel up to 100km from Newcastle is included, which takes in Pokolbin, Cessnock and Maitland; venues further out are quoted separately.

How much does Jackson Broadway cost for a wedding?
The reception package is $2,000 for five hours. Adding an hour of canapé music or the ceremony brings it to $2,250, and covering both is $2,500.
Can we have a trio instead of a duo?
Yes. The duo is the standard line-up, and adding the Jackson Broadway Backing Band to make a trio costs an extra $500 on any package.
Do we need to hire a separate sound system?
No. The band supplies its own sound and lighting with audio-visual patching, plus a battery-powered speaker for ceremony or canapé music outside the main room.
Will the band play a song that isn't on their list?
Song requests are included, and if a song that matters to you is missing from their list, the band will learn it for your wedding or event.
Is travel to Hunter Valley venues included?
Travel up to 100km from Newcastle is included, which covers most Hunter Valley venues. For events further away, ask for a travel quote when you enquire.
