Christmas Party Venues in Shellharbour & Lake Illawarra

What to Know Before Booking Christmas Party Venues

Office parties in this part of the Illawarra split two ways: a pub function in Shellharbour City Centre, or an exclusive day out at a heritage estate in Albion Park. Central Hotel Shellharbour suits a big standing party close to the shops, while Ravensthorpe Estate suits a team that wants the place to itself. Comparing the two for an end-of-year function:

Biggest crowd: Central Hotel's Extension holds 350 cocktail or 150 seated
Smallest group: Ravensthorpe Estate caters Christmas parties from 10 guests
Team-building: the estate offers cocktail masterclasses, paint and sip, pottery, yoga and wine appreciation
Room hire: none on Central Hotel's Deck and Garden Courtyard
Exclusivity: the estate is booked for your group alone

Food and drinks are handled by each venue's own team, which leaves style, size and the length of the day as the deciding factors.
