About The Clairemont
The Clairemont is a reception venue on Raymond Street in Bankstown, styled after a French Provincial ballroom. It hosts weddings alongside milestone birthdays, engagements, christenings, fundraisers and corporate events such as gala dinners, presentation nights and product launches. Only one event runs at a time, so the building is yours for the booking. Guests arrive into a wide, bright foyer used for cocktails and canapés before moving into the ballroom. The room has 4.5 metre ceilings, crystal chandeliers and no pillars, so every table has a clear view of the floor and stage, and the layout can be set for a seated dinner or a larger standing crowd of up to 400. There is a bar inside the room, a sweeping staircase for photos and a three-level car park behind the venue with more than 300 spaces. The venue brings its own sound system, projectors, a large LED screen and wireless microphones, and each booking gets a room coordinator, an event manager, a venue supervisor and waiting staff. Standard inclusions listed on the site cover five and a half hours of exclusive use, linen, a cake table with cake cutting and serving, and a concierge at the door. Menus can be built around your guests, from plated dinners to buffets, with Asian, Greek, Indian, Pakistani and Afghan dishes among the options.
