About Easy Party Bus

Easy Party Bus is an Australian-owned charter operator based in Merrylands, running a mixed fleet of party buses and limo buses for groups across Sydney. The buses are painted in the operator's shuttle livery and range from 13 seats to 50, which makes it one of the more practical choices when a big crowd has to travel together to a formal, a wedding, the races or a work function. The limo buses seat 21, 23 and 44 and have black luxury seating, wrapped or heavily tinted windows, multiple lasers, LED party lights and loud DJ speakers with Bluetooth. The 44-seater adds a dance floor, four dance poles, a microphone and a personalised LED sign. The party buses come in 20, 24, 40, 45 and 50-seat sizes, and the 40-seat bus has its own dance floor and pole. The standout is the 42-seat half-limo karaoke bus, with a touch-screen karaoke system holding 85,000 songs, twin microphones, a 32-inch screen for lyrics, a smoke machine and a dance floor. Adults aged 18 and over may bring alcohol if they carry ID and drink responsibly, but glass containers are banned and no alcohol is allowed on school formal or kids party trips. Food is not permitted on any bus. An esky and a bag of ice can be supplied, free on return trips and drive-arounds. Kids parties need at least two parents or guardians aboard. Drivers hold NSW heavy vehicle licences and driver authorities and have Working with Children clearances, and the buses are accredited with Transport for NSW and fitted with seat belts and tracking. Trips run throughout Sydney, with transfers to the Hunter Valley, Newcastle, the Central Coast, Wollongong and the Blue Mountains.

Pricing

Easy Party Bus quotes every trip individually and does not publish rates, so send your date, pick-up and drop-off points, times, passenger numbers and preferred bus. A security bond, which varies with the bus, confirms the booking and is returned within 2 to 7 business days if the bus is left clean and undamaged. Payment can be cash to the driver on the day, bank transfer at least four days ahead, or invoice by Visa, Mastercard or Amex, with a 3% fee on online and invoice payments. The bond is non-refundable on cancellation, cancelling within 24 hours costs half the booking, and damage excess runs from $300 to $1,000.
